What days to flowers come in from market?Flowers come in from market daily and plants come in every two weeks.

What's the difference between market flowers and bouquets?Market flowers are simple no fuss flower bunches in a simple wrap and delivered, perfect for your house or friends. Bouquets are specially made up by our professional florist team and gift wrapped to make them look their best, perfect for gift giving.

What payments do you accept?We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay, JCB, Diners and PayPal.

How long till I receive my order?We take orders till 6am each day. All orders before then will be received same day. After that time it will be delivered the next day.

My address doesn't show up in delivery?We only have a 20km radius from our base for our deliveries. If you live further out message our team and we can quote you a price if it's possible.

Authority to leave?All deliveries have ATL, houses will be left somewhere safe and out of sight. Apartments will only be left inside mailrooms or receptions. If you don't want to give ATL please make leave us a note when ordering it. Any redeliveries will incur another shipping charge.

Im from overseas can I place an order?We accept overseas orders as long as the delivery is within 20km of Brunswick. We cant ship to other states within Australia sorry.
